Purpose#
Calculates the the 2 keV monochromatic luminosity of an AGN given its intrinsic monochromatic luminosity at 2500 Angstroms using the Lusso & Risaliti (2017) relationship:
\(\log(L_{\rm 2keV}) = 0.633 (\log(L_{2500A}) - 25) - 1.959 + 25\) \(\log(L_{\rm 2keV}) = 0.633 \log(L_{2500A}) + 7.216\)
where both monochromatic luminosities are in \(\rm ergs\ s^{-1}\ Hz^{-1}\).

Notes#
The relation quoted above is from Kubota & Done (2018) and differs slightly from that in Lusso & Risaliti (2017), though it is still attributed to that paper. We also assume \(v_{FWHM} = 2000\ {\rm km\ s}^{-1}\) as measured from the Mg II line.
